ACCREDITATION

“Accreditation confirms that certification, inspection and verification bodies, as well as testing and calibration laboratories, meet the requirements established by the relevant standards to perform conformity assessment activities.”
Accreditation gives test reports, certificates of conformity and calibration, and verification, analysis and inspection statements a high level of reliability in terms of the quality and safety of the goods and services assessed. It also ensures their recognition in international markets.

ACCREDIA is the sole National Accreditation Body designated by the Italian Government.

In July 2017, ACCREDIA recognized LB Servizi per le Aziende as compliant with the requirements of UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories”.

In May 2020, LB Servizi successfully completed the transition to the updated standard ISO/IEC 17025:2018.
