During and outside working hours the dosimetric data by L.B. Services can always be consulted online. In fact, LBS has an advanced computer system, with relative databank, for the online consultation of all data that may be of use to the client.
It is simple and intuitive to use and requires internet access: it is not necessary to install any application on the client’s PC, and any browser is sufficient (e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc).
Compatibility is guaranteed with any operating system used by the Client.
Access
Access takes place via a protected internet connection with a Login and Password reserved for the Commissioning Structure and makes the following functions available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year:

Access with different levels of authorisation based on indications received from the Commissioning Client’s Structure: it is possible to request several authorisation profiles with access to different sections (e.g. Qualified Expert, Authorised/competent medical officer, Dosimeter Manager, simple viewing of dosimetric data etc.);
Archive of dosimetric responses, including any indications about Film dosimeter exposure modes;
Visualization and printing of the updated dose summary, with measurements completed on dosimeters returned within 3 days of receipt;
On-line validation of readings by the Qualified Expert and attribution of doses to exposed staff, with the possibility of adding to/amending data and keeping track of the changes made;
Production of documents regarding personal dosimetric sheets, in authenticated electronic PDF format;
Management of requests to change the list of dosimeters sent;
Consultation of the section about each operator and/or environment equipped with a dosimeter;
Search and print of list of dosimeters sent by premises and department;
Search and print of list of dosimeters not yet returned by premises and department;
Identification of month and year of return of each dosimeter;
Exportation of dosimetric data in multiple formats, with the possibility of personalisation according to Commissioning Structure’s software requirements;
Consultation of data archives from start of supply by LBS.
